A large sitting room with one single sofa bed and 2 traditional wooden sofas, a fully equipped kitchen, and 3 bathrooms. In total, sleeps sixteen (16) people. Great for children, where they can play safely either in the play room in the loft with toys, or in the secure enclosed garden. The villa is traditional, renovated with great care, with the corresponding traditional furniture. It’s a “living” house, it’s our holiday home! It has all modern comforts, in an environment that will take you back in time. For those who like tradition, the village, the rural life, combined with the sea, but without the tourist buzz, this is their place. It’s worth walking its streets. We will be happy to welcome you.

The village has a complete market (3 Super Markets, Post Office, Schools, Municipal Services, Taxi, ATM, taverns, cafes, etc.). It is 20′ from Kymi and 20′ from Aliveri. At a distance of 10′-15′ from Avlonari, there are the beaches of Murteri, Kefala, Korasida and Kalamos, which will leave you simply stunned. At a distance of 30′-50′ you will find yourself in pristine beaches.
Avlonari has been characterized as a traditional Byzantine settlement, dominated by the Venetian Tower (1300 AD) and the church of Agios Nikolaos, at the top of the village, and Agios Dimitrios (1200 AD) at its feet, in Chania Avlonariou, at the confluence of two central rivers of Evia. It is built on a hill, 500 meters from the Central road artery of Evia.
