The country house “Melifos cottage” is the independent ground floor of the “Melifos Panorama” villa.
It is located very close to the Manikia climbing fields and only 2 km from the local market and restaurants and offers views and absolute peace.
There is a living room with a fireplace, TV and sofa that can be converted into a double bed and isolated from the rest of the space with a screen-curtains, a fully equipped kitchen, a dining room, a bedroom with 2 semi-double beds and a bathroom.

Two large sitting areas, one adjacent to the rock garden residence and the other facing the pool and lawn, offer stunning views of the green plain, surrounding mountains and picturesque villages.

The estate has an infinity pool, lawn, sitting areas, pond with solar fountain, patio and ample parking spaces.

The swimming pool is located in front of the residence where there are sunbeds, two sitting areas and a shaded area.

On the patio there is a seating area, a gas BBQ grill and the “machu picchu” smoker.

The outdoor spaces are shared with the owners (2 people) and guests of a studio (2-3 people).

The residence can be made available together with the studio to accommodate a total of 4-7 guests.
