A cozy, spacious house located in the heart of Kymi in a beautiful neighborhood next to the Folklore museum and close to the central square with the old neoclassical 19th century buildings. The port of Kymi but also the beautiful Soutsini beach are just few minutes away.
The house has an amazing view to the Aegean Sea, offers relaxation and comfort and it is ideal for couples, families or groups of friends.

The residence is extremely spacious with an amazing view of the sunrise and the breathtaking view of the Aegean Sea, decorated with family antiques and modern comfort furniture.
It features a kitchen with kitchen island, a living room with a corner sofa and a large glazing overlooking the sea and the lush landscape. It has a dining area and a second living room decorated with traditional hand-made Skyrian furniture and a library. It has three bedrooms, two of which are very spacious with double beds and wardrobe (possibility of putting extra beds). The third bedroom is smaller and features a sofa that becomes a double bed and a chest of drawers.
Also to the east and west there are verandas with furniture.
Finally, the house has two bathrooms – one with a shower and the other with a bathtub and a washing machine.
