Melilofos Studio is a self-contained small house with a private entrance, located on a farm on a hill.
In the studio, there is an open space and a bathroom with a shower.
In the open space, there is a fully equipped kitchenette, dining table, sofa that becomes a double bed, a large double bed, ceiling fan, flat-screen TV with DVD player, and a collection of movies.
Our philosophy is to reduce the ecological and energy footprint.
Thus, energy needs are met by renewable energy sources, photovoltaic systems, and wind turbines.
The tenants of the studio have the right to use the outdoor areas, as well as the guests of a maisonette and the two owners who live on the farm, namely:
-The pool with sunbeds.
-The patio grill in which there is a gas grill and a seating area.
-The seating area around the pond.
-The car park.
