Petrothea is a two-storey house of 100sqm in the village of Vrisi, Evia, overlooking the beautiful rocks of Koupa/Mpougazi and the chapel of Dragonera.
It consists of 2 bedrooms, open plan living room-kitchen, 2 bathrooms with shower in each of them and a balcony on each floor from which one can enjoy the offered view.
The house is fully equipped with household equipment and appliances (i.e. washing machine, dish washer, hairdryer, clothes iron, towels etc) smart TV, WiFi, pellet stove and heaters for winter, air conditioner at the living room and fans at the bedrooms for summer.
It accommodates 6 people. In the master bedroom there is a double bed and an additional single bed. The second bedroom has 2 single beds, which based on your desire can be converted into a large double bed with the addition of a special top mattress for extra comfort. Finally, in the open space area on the first floor there is one single bed, where a roller blind can be used to offer some form of privacy
The house is located in the village of Vrisi and the visitor is in the center of an area with possibilities for many excursions and outdoor activities. One can visit beaches such as Stomio, Soutsini on the beach of Kymi, Mourteri and Kefalas, Korasida and Kalamos or Tsilaro and Thapsa and many more.
Climbers can climb one of the 800 climbing routes in Manikia. The closest routes are only 500 meters from Vrisi (Koupa Mpougazi) and one can even reach there by walking.
One can visit the waterfall in Manikia, the spring of Kolethra, the Mill of Santa, hike on trails or go cycling.
Inside the village there is a tavern and Café Bar and of course many more dining options in the surrounding villages, the small town of Kymi, the port of Kymi, the beach of Platana etc.
You will definitely find fresh fish, but also local gastronomy with options for vegeterians or vegan.
Within 3km you will find a super market, bakeries, butchers, grocery store, pharmacy and ATM bank machine.
